When you are heavily impacted by or involved in multiple areas across your life that are hard to separate out, it can get overwhelming and feel imbalanced really quickly.
I help people like you find simple and practical ways to approach your life so you don't burnout and so you can continue to be invovled in what matters while also staying organised, keeping well, and living your values.
First we will come up with 1-3 clear and specific goals to focus on. We will explore your unique situation and individual profile to pinpoint strategies and adaptations that will fit within your life. Finally, we will come up with a simple action plan that you can take away and use immediately.
I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions but we can revist and revise as many times as is helpful to create something that is truely sustainable and useful for you.
Sessions are 55 minutes and cost $220/session (inclusive of gst)
