The Pause

The Pause is a monthly, face-to-face community group focused on nervous system regulation and creative mindfulness.

This experiential group is for people living busy, high-responsibility lives who want practical ways to slow down, regulate, and feel present again.

Sessions may include gentle movement, breathing, creative expression, sensory exploration, reflective writing, and mindfulness.

No pressure. No judgement. Come as you are.

Monthly | Small group  | $25 per session (materials included)

Monday Mornings 9:15-10:15am Helensville

Thursday Evening 4:45-5:45 pm Waitoki
