"Life is living now, in this breath, the rain, the sun, the pain, the fear, the joy, the laughter. We all share these parts of the human experience."

-Dacia Davison

Dacia Davison

I started my private practice to help clients reconnect with their core values, regulate their nervous system, and create meaningful, sustainable change. My work blends coaching, psychotherapies, and occupational therapy to support you toward clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

When we work together, we will create a vision of the future and a step-by-step path to get there. My background in psychology and occupational therapy and my core values of authenticity, purpose, and sustainability help others refind their spark and build a life that actually feels like theirs.

I have specialty training in the areas of:

  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy
  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
  • Child and Human Development
