Redefining Parenthood

Parenthood is messy, imperfect, and sometimes painful.

It is also an opportunity to experience personal growth like you didn't know what possible.

Navigating that journey can feel lonely, scary, and relentless.

I help parents navigate parenting when things feel unexpected.

As a neurodivergent parent to 3 neurodivergent children, I understand how daily life can be incredibly challenging and what it feels like to grieve how you thought life would look and feel.

For mothers in particular, I know firsthand how challenging the loss of personal identity and the struggle to feel confident in the choices you are making.

I am here to provide guidance, structure, and support so parents can focus on themselves, what they can control, what feels most important to them, what they can let go of, and how they can create capacity when they have been running on empty for a long time.

You don't have to do it alone anymore.

We work together to understand what your daily life is actually like and then identify practical, simple, and easy shifts that can help you find more ease, confidence, and sustainability.

Some of the things I can help with:

  • Parenting difficult behaviours or high sensory needs
  • Parenting neurodivergent children and/or parenting as a neurodivergent person
  • Practical ways to build capacity in yourself when demands are high both in and out of the home
  • Processing diagnoses and grief associated with a life you didn’t expect
  • Practical ways to make the professional recommendations work best for you in real life
  • Parental communication and working together
