My values and frameworks in my clinical experience and training give me a holistic and strengths-focused perspective of situations. I can offer a supportive place to share your challenges and frustrations with care and validation. I offer guidance to consider new perspectives, align yourself with your values and goals, collaboratively problem solve new solutions, be self-reflective, manage your own wellbeing and self-care, and continue to learn and grow.
I offer general supervision to all professionals regardless of field.
I also offer New Zealand specific supervision for new graduate OTs, overseas trained OTs in NZ, and e-portfolio guidance.

Sheri Keahey
My work as a nurse, leader, and educator has provided me with a wide breadth of experience within the healthcare profession. My nursing experience is primarily in acute care hospitals in the USA, and includes: Oncology, NICU, Labor & Delivery, GYN Surgery, and Palliative Care. For seven years I taught Nursing (clinical & didactic) at both a Community College and a University. I have held leadership roles from Charge Nurse to Director and everything in between.
I am devoted to helping individuals succeed in their roles and believe that ongoing support can lead to greater satisfaction and enjoyment in their work. I have developed onboarding programs for new nurses, created professional development guidelines for staff, compiled resource guides, delivered educational presentations, and designed role-based competency guides.
I see myself as both a Servant Leader and a Transformational Leader. My core values include empathy, motivating others, adaptability, effective communication, supporting personal and professional development, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration within a workspace, humility, and integrity. As a Professional supervisor, I offer a non-judgmental and safe space where together we can tackle professional challenges and opportunities.
The goal of our sessions will be to build a tool kit that empowers you to thrive in your work. Some of the strategies we will use to accomplish this include reflective learning, identifying areas for growth, exploring different perspectives, and uncovering potential solutions.
